so i think i just wrote a huge post, including an intro in the wrong spot. my a.d.d. got the best of me and i didn't look around first lol. (mods, feel free to move it where i should've put it) anyway, for another intro. my name is craig, i'm 33y/o, 5'9″, 188(ish)lbs, about 19% bf. i'm here because i was referred by paul over at eat to perform. he thought with my crazy work schedule, this might work. i'm an instructor in the army and i'm a crossfitter. my goals here are to continue to get stronger and drop the bf%. i would love to see my abs for the first time in a long time š thanks in advance for the answers to the 20 million questions i'm gonna have while i'm here.
