I am own a CrossFit (not one of the dumb ones that programs a shitload of 20-40min suckfests — We do a lot of strength and Olympic lifts.) I want to use this protocol, but I also have an event coming up that I am competing in and I need to train 2 times a day to prepare. I am basically thinking a mix-modal HIIT early, and strength/Oly late so I can potentiate the tGLUT in the evening and maximize the backload. I was thinking some caffeine/MCT/10g protein could keep me from going catabolic?Or should I just do a PWO and then do it again later? That seems like it would F* up my backload?
