Hello, I'm new to this so any help will be much appreciated. Im a 41 year old male, 230lbs, 22/23% body fat. Ive read CBL a few times now. I'm starting the ten day prep phase in the morning. For training I'll be doing Wendler 5/3/1 and some conditioning work a few days a week. Just wondering if anyone is my age or close and if so what results have been experienced and what can I expect? Once again any and all comments/help is much appreciated.
