Hello all….I am as green as they come. I am nearing 40 yrs old and haven't been inside a gym in 20 yrs. My goal is to make my next 40yrs alot more healthy. I plan to sit back and read here until I am familiar with the terminology used here. Until then, I am currently utilizing the carb night solution and have successfully dropped from 220lbs to 195lbs in a mere 2.5 months. I am exited to say that I've recently signed up for access to a local gym and am eager to make progress.
