Greetings everyone…Thought I would say hi after lurking since the holidays. My name is Tony from Atlanta, Georgia. My stat is: 41yo male, 6' tall and weight 320 lbs. 31% BF (guess) and BMI of 43.  I'm fat with a belly in a linebacker's frame. My goal is in the low 200s - around 210 but will see how I look and adjust.  I hope to stop all meds (HP, Chol, Type 2)The reason I'm doing CNS is because I'm tired of being fat.  I'm looking forward to losing some fat and become more active and mobile.Brief History:For as long as I can remember I have been battling with some weight.  Even while in the military, PT wasn't shaping my body to look like the soldier I wanted to be.  Since 1996, the pounds have slowly crept on over the years.  I always wanted to have the young frat boy look.  🙂  If motivation was something I could buy, I would.  I've held gym memberships, sometimes two at a time, and either never went, didn't go often enough, or just reached the point of "What am I doing...”  Had a trainer at one point for a few months.  He focused on weights more than cardio for loss and I remember leg pressing 500lbs and feeling a sense of accomplishment.  But that was with no prep or workout leading to, just a "see what you can do and go from there".  From there I lost interest I guess.Had various discussions with my doctor on the weight.  Try this or that, more exercise he said.  Now lately, maybe surgery would be an option.  Having previously researched and considered it going in, after the research, I was like I don't think so.So, with the New Year came a new plan and here I am gearing up for CNS.  I have lots of questions, bought the book, and read some forums.  That's got me all confused now.  🙂So my plan is to have 200g Pro/ 100-160g Fat using beef, pork, chicken, eggs and fish; with butter/bacon/mayo (1-2oz cheese) - on a daily basis.  I'm fine with monotony in food choices. My typical sleep/eating pattern has been: up at 5:30 and in bed by 10pm.  I usually skip anything for breakfast and eat lunch round 11:30a and eat dinner round 6pm.

Welcome, glad you made it to the forums..  Have patience with all the new information, it seems confusing at first but all comes together over time.
