Hi all-I am starting CNS this week. I got the book a week or so ago and I've been reading it as well as the stuff posted here. I am looking to lose quite a bit of weight (definitely more than one cycle of CNS).I just want to say after reading a lot of posts over the last couple of weeks that this forum has a lot of helpful, positive people posting with knowledge and encouragement. I haven't posted a question yet, but thanks already, I have found many answers so far just poking around.
