Great interview! I think keifer has most crossfitters nailed. as a former crossfit instructor most of the members i trained, myself included, just wanted to be the strongest and most fit possible. in my case i realized crossfitting was not making me strong (main goal) and i got 2 big injuries so i started looking around for a better answer. I think crossfit does a good job of getting the experts to teach (louie simmons for example). however, the funny thing is the experts (like louie) do not crossfit. instead of following those experts training style crossfit tries to alter it to fit into the "crossfit" style which kills all results! A question about the interview. is it common for people to start cbl at a 17-18% bf like the guy in the interview? are you just required to watch your carbs a little closer? mainly because i want to get back into powerlifting but i am also in the AF and i cannot stay 20% bf + but i want to backload for the strength.
