Hey everyone!Name is Ty and I've been doing Carb Nite for 34 days. I'm down 16 pounds from 240, and I feel great! I was trying to do the diet without the book, but I found myself second guessing myself a lot so I folded and bought it. I was doing it correctly for the most part, but just little things needed tweaking (like what to eat, and how many insulin spikes on CN. I'm planning on staying on this until December first, then read Carb Backloading and give that a shot.Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated
