I do intensive weight training two days a week and take After Glow Euphoria PostWO(actually take it about half way through workout). It has 32 grams of carbs, 26 of which is unrefined cane juice. My question is: if I keep my carbs very low on lift days will the After Glow cause enough of an insulin spike to hinder my weight loss on the CNS plan? I know the simple answer would be to not take it at all for a while, but I have seen tremendous gains with this stuff and don't want to lose any muscle. Am 47 yrs/old and my mid-life crisis is my muscles!
