    I do intensive weight training two days a week and take After Glow Euphoria PostWO(actually take it about half way through workout).  It has 32 grams of carbs, 26 of which is unrefined cane juice.  My question is:  if I keep my carbs very low on lift days will the After Glow cause enough of an insulin spike to hinder my weight loss on the CNS plan?  I know the simple answer would be to not take it at all for a while, but I have seen tremendous gains with this stuff and don't want to lose any muscle.  Am 47 yrs/old and my mid-life crisis is my muscles!

    How long have you been taking it? What kind of progress are you seeing? Might pose a problem if you need a lot of body fat to lose.

    Been taking it for 18 months, have seen 4.5 inches increase(15 to 19.5) in biceps in that time. Weight the whole time has been ~220lbs.  Goal weight is 185.  I'm 5'10″.

    Okay so you might want to drop that if you plan on being ULC during the week besides the actual CN. I'm sure you could get away with shortening the days too.

    Well as you progress further, and before this, you could have a CN every 5th day
