Just started CNS on Monday and went over by 5 grams but I failed to realize I may have overlooked the carb intake just a bit so I think im ok..(had to read the book again).I actually stopped eating carbs in the morning before that after reading articles and videos posted by Kiefer felt so much better.I am not following the meal plans per se, but sticking to the food list and keeping it simple. Does anyone use tomatoe sauce? I cant find it on the list. but seems it would workI am looking forward to posting here..take care enjoy your carb nite for anyone who is trying this out
