Im 38, 5'9″ at 190lbs of which about 16% is body fat. I typically fluctuate between 180-200. This is because I find it hard to stick to a diet long term. I have tried many diets out there (glycemic, low carb, paleo, etc…), and have educated myself tremendously along the way. While educating myself about how foods effect our hormones I stumbled across Carb Back-Loading. This diet just makes sense to me, and it seems to be something I can follow. I truly hope it works. I am on day 2 of no/low carb and already cant wait until my first back load. The goal is to gain some more muscle and lower BF but more importantly find a diet I can stick to. Cory
