I'm new to the site, but not the Carb Nite Plan. I've been on the Carb Nite Plan for 6 weeks now. My starting weight was 296 lbs @ 6'4". At 6 weeks into the plan I'm at 276 lbs. I feel great and my lifts have not suffered. I'm a competitive powerlifter who has always competed at either 275 or 308. I'm looking to eventually get down to 242.I've always felt better on low carb diets. I've tried several, but the Carb Nite Plan has been the one that I think has been the most effective.The only problem I have with the plan is that on Carb Nites I feel so guilty eating the carbs. I look forward to reading the message board.
