Hello everyone, I've started CN on Dec 1 and this morning, I weigh myself. I'm not losing nor gaining (well, the wii board says +0.2kg, but I wouldn't take that into consideration as gain :D), below is my intake for the past week, please comment .I'm 46 years old, female, 5'3", 59.5kg and would like to get down to 54kg. Should I cut down on the protein and up the fat, or vise versa?
