New to Carb Nite Solution, comments please

    Hello everyone, I've started CN on Dec 1 and this morning, I weigh myself. I'm not losing nor gaining (well, the wii board says +0.2kg, but I wouldn't take that into consideration as gain :D), below is my intake for the past week, please comment .I'm 46 years old, female, 5'3", 59.5kg and would like to get down to 54kg.  Should I cut down on the protein and up the fat, or vise versa?  I do bodyweight exercises 3 times a week, short exercises, like around 20 minutes per session.12/1    1385 cal 27.4carb    76g protein  107.6g fat12/2  1160 cal  25.3 carb    90.2 protein  76g fat12/3    1333 cal    28.1 carb  112.1 protein  84.8 fat12/4    1295 cal  24.8 carb    116g protein  81.7 fat12/5    1315 cal    20g carb  114.7g protein    79.4g fat12/6    1426 cal  27g carb    103.9g protein    95g fatGrazie,Mag
