Hey GuysI am new to CBL, doing it since two weeks and been experimenting a lot allready. My Data is:21 years185cm69 KGBodyfat: 6.8% (the guy used a laser on my biceps)Right now im not sure how to start the diet. When I wake up I take a cup of coffee with 30-40g coconutmilk and 10g iso whey, two hours later im having my first breakfast: app. 4 eggs and some other protein fat source like cheese/bacon/fish and some veggies. 3-4 hours later im having another meal protein:fat 1:1. 44 days of training and 1-2 cardio HIIT sessions.Im ending up with 80-95g F:P ratio until I get to working out. ULC throughout the day not to forget. Pre-Workout: Coffee + 10g iso whey + 30g-40g coconutmilk60 minute TrainingPostworkout: 40g Dextro + 30g Iso whey1 hour later im starting to slam carbs - often starting with rice cake, cornflakes with milk and some berries... later on baked potato or white rice in addition to some lean protein source: chickenbreast/cottage cheese/iso whey.Im ending with approx. 3000 kcal / 100g F / 180-200g Prot / 300g carbs. Fat intake is always fluctuating since im relatively active.Ok guys. Is this the right way to improve myself? I am looking forward to increase my overall muscle gain but stay lean at 7% bodyfat. Any suggestions? What should i clearly avoid? Do I have to combine several prot/fat sources (eggs + bacon) or can I simply get my macros from mozzarella balls as they have a 1:1 ratio ?
