Im not in the UK so I cant give you specific product advice, but I can tell you that you dont need to go all out with the supps. A decent Whey Isolate is plenty good for the shakes. All your pre-workout meals should be fairly fatty like Beef rather than Chicken/Turkey/Tuna or other standard bodybuilding fare. The current recommendation is for your ULC (Ultra Low Carb) meals to be of a 1:1 ratio of Protein:Fat in grams. So if you need to get 180grams of protein in a day you should pair that up with 180grams of fat as well. Or as close as you can at least. When in doubt favour the fat I reckon!
