    HeyI am from United Kingdom and I am looking for the best option for the whey protein products?For instance I want to get all the different proteins for all of the different time frames in the dietWhere are you guys buying your protein?Also for lunch if training at 6am are you guys eating stuff like Steaks?Or keeping it fairly lean?Any advice would be great I am not too sure about how to set it up I am going to read the diet one more time...Thanks

    Im not in the UK so I cant give you specific product advice, but I can tell you that you dont need to go all out with the supps. A decent Whey Isolate is plenty good for the shakes. All your pre-workout meals should be fairly fatty like Beef rather than Chicken/Turkey/Tuna or other standard bodybuilding fare. The current recommendation is for your ULC (Ultra Low Carb) meals to be of a 1:1 ratio of Protein:Fat in grams. So if you need to get 180grams of protein in a day you should pair that up with 180grams of fat as well. Or as close as you can at least. When in doubt favour the fat I reckon!
