Hi,
I’m a 5’9 male weighing just under 200LBs with a 17%body fat. Ideally, I would like to be 185 with under 10% body fat. I was on the tail end of my p90x journey when I was introduced to CBL and was totally intrigued by the concept.
I have just completed the 10 day preparation phase and tomorrow is my first back loading day.
I have a few questions:
1. How many carbs can I eat during my backload? I lost roughly 3-4 pounds during the preparation phase, but the chart in the CBL book seems like a low amount
2. What should my macros be to get down to my desired goal? I feel like I have been slamming too much fat with my diet.
