jazzxtremMemberHi everyone,First of all, i want to thanks all the members here who answered questions of people doing CBL! Yes i read lots of thread but there are still some confusion for me! Before asking,ill let you know what I do and how my diet is set!I workout fasted with only 2 cups organic black coffee in stomach:monday full body+ back loading from 7pm-10pm before bedTuesday full body and no back loading afterWednesday is off. Wake up around 8-9am drink 2-3 accelator shake before my first meal around 12-1pm Thursday is high volume with 1-2 body part and carbs load frpm 7pm-10pm before bedFriday is another high volume workout with no back loading de nightsaturday: off day with no carbs and 4 meal from 1 pm to 10 pmSunday is like wednesdayA sample view of my diet for a monday:Woke up: 2 cups black coffee organic30 mins after workout: hypertrophic potentiator shake30-45 mins after pwo shake: ignition shakeFirsr meal around 12-1pm: 125 ml eggs white+ 2 whole eggs with 30 almonds and vegetablesSecond meal around 4-5 pm: 95g chicken breast+ 15 ml avocado oil with vegetablesCarbs load meal around 7pm: 10g whey hydro/5g créatine/ 5g leucine + 125 ml eggs white with 400g whitw rice and 75g candySecond carbs meal is the same than the firstMacro: 198g protein/74g fat/430g carbsI weight 190-195 pounds and doing the strenght accumulation to body recompositionCan you critics my diet and how it is setted please ?!Whats about the back loading window since I read people Carbs load no more than 4 hours in 1-2 meal and stop one-hour before bed ?! Im okay with my meal plan ?!Also, i do more than 12 hours fast when im in off day, is it ok ?!Thanks in advance 🙂

Richard SchmittModerator1) Regarding the amount of carbs, does that amount work well for you? Could lower the amount and up the fats if not.2) Why are you not backloading after evening workouts? Each evening doesn't have to be a lot but its a good idea to follow the book. 3) 2-4 hour backload is ideal and its a tweak members are doing by keeping to only 1-2 carb meals.4) 14 hours is the longest you should fast.

jazzxtremMemberThanks bit Tex, your answer are really appreciated!1) yes im experimenting, if too much carbs..i drop them a little bit2) i workout the morning around 7-8am and according to the book, i thought kiefer said keep the shake pwo and begib carbs load like if yoy trained in the evening say 5-7pm! Is it ok ?!3) yes maximum 14h 🙂

sSo generally you could bl after a chest back leg day if it was three workouts in a row? Mtw My Journey started 5/13 CNS now starting CBL
