Hello All…Excited to be here!I'm a former college basketball player still play a few times a week. Always been fit and pretty knowledgeable about diet and gym but ready to take the physique to the next level. My goal: 190-195lbs @ 8-10%bf by June 1st (should be able to hit this no problem)Currently: 190lbs @ 15-16%bfI started CNS Jan. 7 doing that until end of March then CBL till i hit my goal. So far lost 13 lbs, clearly leaning up and strength/size has stayed pretty even. I am coming off injury (broken ribs) that had me out from mid November to Jan. 1 So had some unfortunate weight gain and rust over the holidays and just now getting back to "normal".Anyways - just wanted to introduce myself. I'm sure I'll be seeking plenty of suggestions/answers from the knowledgeable crew here. Later,D
