To all that care to comment: I have read the CN book, and read through a number of posts. I think I know the answer to this question, but want to double check!Would it derail my progress if I use blatantly obvious carbs during the reorientation/ fat and protein days? In example: I want to make a veggie stir fry. I found some sauces that are LOW in carbs. 8g/tablespoon. They do include some things like rice starch, and xantham gum. If I measured this, and only used the appropriate amount, is this still a bad idea? Also I usually rely on things like squash to supplement in place of carbs. Again, I know winter squashes are a veggie higher in carbs, but if I carefully monitor my portions, would this be ok to eat during the reorientation/FP days?
