Hey EveryoneMy name is Cody I am 25. Currently at 300lbs and around 40% bf hoping to change all that through CNS. I dont really play any sports anymore I lift as heavy as i can about 5 to 6 times a week. After so much trail and error and even trial and success but didnt keep it going. I have decided to take on this CNS and eventually CBL journey. I am off to a rough start but I am learning seems to me there is a pretty steep learning curve in getting my body to respond well to this particular program. I have made several posts on here with a good amount of success in terms of response but I would really like to have a few CNS pals that I can get in contact with relativity easily and quickly to bounce questions off of or just talk about different aspects of the diet. I really feel like this is the solution for me and I am 110% dedicated to making it work just looking for some assistance along the way. Any takers lol?

Hey man, As you already know, I used to be 319 lbs.  After using carb cycling to reach my goals and be able to join the Army, I came across Carb Nite a few months ago and fell in love with the lifestyle. Lots of family/friends also have interest since my family is all still 250-300 lbs.  I started a site last week to detail my latest Carb Nite journey and start a base-line for future reference.  I try to write a few articles here and there, post recipes that changed our ultra-low carb experience and post my food journal for accountability and visibility. Check it out if you want and join the experience. http://www.nutrientburn.com/
