new to program need some tips

    the 10th is my tenth day then its time to carb load! which im happy bout even though im missing my own and my cousins birthday cuz of my diet but my goals are to drop 40 lbs then to go on the cbl diet im getting both books but for now a few tipsim currently 250 lbs i wake  up at 8:30am go do cardio from 9-10 eat my eggs and bacon then lunch and i train at 4 or 5 for over an hr my question is how many grams of fat and protein should i take in a day ik the carb cap is 30any help is great

    What are you doing for your cardio?Honestly, I'd just stop doing it.Try to get 1g per lb bodyweight fat and protein.

    i just do uphill walking on the treadmill i need to keep some cardio in my routine obviously? i dont wanna be doubling over when i play basketball and what not

    If conditioning is your goal just do HIIT once or twice a week instead, it will benefit you more.Or just lift really hard with less rest.

    nooo my goal is surely to maintain strength and get stronger obviously, i power lift soo just looking for tools to aid me but im gathering doin something like kettle bell swings for 30 secs to a min is a good one and the spin machines hard for 30 secs then full rest or sprinting 30 seconds then full rest

    I meant if conditioning is your goal of doing the cardio.The spin bike cycles are great.

    how long should it last? ive heard anywhere from 6-10 rounds to half hr

    No more then 30 minutes. I do 5 rounds most of the time.
