I am new to the CNS and had a few questions.Just for reference, I am female, 5'2 and 180 lbs. I have read the CNS and I am working my way through the podcasts.First, are there very many females on the CNS that have had success?  If so, what are your suggestions for getting the best results?  Do you suggest more ULC days between CarbNites, or closer to the minimum of 5?Also, when is it ok do do sprint workouts?  I am a little confused on this aspect.  I also want to lift, but I am not sure when each workout is appropriate.  From what I am getting out of the forums, it looks like sprints should only be done on the day after your CN, and then just some heavy lifting and walking the rest of the week.I seem to have some very stubborn fat and have tried making several different changes to my diet, giving each change several months to see if I make any headway before implementing another change.  I have been paleo for over 3 years and I just cannot seem to drop the fat.  I have tried intermittent fasting, only eating carbs in the evening, and going low carb in general, but none of these have made a difference.  I would appreciate any help I can get.  I do not expect to see results right out of the start gate, but ANY progress in losing all of this extra body fat would be great!

Oh, and I just learned that if you are not signed in, you won't see all the boards!  Lol!  I could not figure out why everyone was referring to a women's board that did not seem to exist  😮
