I am 6'2″, 218 pounds and 15.5 % body fat. I started Warrior Diet and then was recommended Carb Backloading in January of 2013. I started at 260 pounds and 36% body fat. I am ready to start bulking or at least getting bigger.
I am 42 and have been lifting now for just over a year. I started all of this in Novemeber 2012.For the first time in my life I have benched more than my bodyweight.
