Hello everyone! This carb backloading is starting to make a mark where ever I go it seems. Purchased the e book and I am going to give it a shot. Why the heck not? 🙂

oh, well in that case......... yeah everyone is actually ripping off CBL too! i see all kind of programs that use the same principles / framework
