Hey all.  Saying hi from Delaware.  My name is Matt.  Trying to figure whether to use CNS or CBL.  Started the 10 days introduction because they seem the same for both.  Need all the help I can get.  Work crazy hours on a rotating shift.  2 ten hour days, 2 fourteen hour nights, then four off. Lift three times a week heavy.  I am a Paramedic in a busy district so I can't be sluggish or stupid.  Finally started making some progress in my lifting but want to get rid of some fat.  I cycle Powerlifting, Olympic lifting and Strongman so I have all around strength.  Its about having it when I need it.  Example, I had to lift a 260lb man off the floor while he was in cardiac arrest.  All “dead” weight.  Thats what I need.  As much strength as possible.  But I'd like to look better nekkid too.Whattya think?  With the crazy schedule and realistic necessity of being able to lift heavy.  CBL or CNS.  HELP!!!!!

Welcome Matt!!For a suggestion I would consider CBL. I would backload after each training session in the evenings. If you plan to lift in the mornings just backload the night prior. Follow the book as best as you can and you'll be just fine. Really admirable about the job you're doing sir.

Backload the night prior for the three days I work out?  I work on a 8 day cycle.  workout days 3, 6 and 7.  Usually in the morning or early afternoon.  Still the same suggestion you think? I'm practically studying the books, haha.  Other option is CNS with the carb night every night #6.  Thanks for the props.

Oh yes you'll backload the evening prior to help fuel the next days workout
