Hello everyone, I have been lifting for approximately a year and 4 months my beginning and current stats are: START NOWWeight- 170 195Bf% 7% 12%Bench 175 275Squat 185 315Dead-lift 205 365I am 6'2" and 19 years old. I got into lifting once I had graduated high school and wasn't playing sports anymore. I was lost at first but luckily had a natural bodybuilder take me under his wing during my first summer of lifting. His nutrition style is actually pretty close to CBL with Carbs being backloaded so I am not new to the concept. I have done the ten day prep phase and will be running the PHAT program while doing CBL DB. My goals right now are just to add muscle and not worried too much about fat gains, but I clearly don't want a lot of fat gains. I chose to run CBL because it is the easiest way to have the nutrition I need to become aesthetic and still have a life as a college student. Also the science behind CBL really impressed me. Well I guess that's all I have for now!
