New here, thought I would say hello.Just read CNS and trying to learn as much as possible. Im pretty green with nutrition but have learned a bunch just this week.Im in pretty poor condition but excited about improving it.Max
Welcome Max. Some of us can relate. Its in your hands and boils down to your decisions and a determination. You have to be willing to take control of your diet with purpose. I started my first CNS on Jan 4 and have had great results. Good information here. Read ask questions and you will get good information if people know your condition and goals.
Yea CN is great, just stick with it, no matter what the scale says.Here's my schedule:I usually have CN on Saturday:Mon: HIIT/ LegsTue: offWed: Chest/ tri'sThur: offFri: LegsSat: Shoulders/ Bi's / backSun: HIITBeen on the 5X5, went from 215lbs-195lbs at 6' 1" and getting stronger.Stick with it and stay posting on DH for future insight.
