Hello!!! My name is Carlos and I'm new to CBL and DH. I had started without buying the book, but i couldn't stand the burning questions that quickly built up. So i bought the book! I was blown away by what i read. Everything I ever new about nutrition and fitness just went out the window. I've never been so excited about starting a new program. I'm four days into the prep phase. I started at 163lbs and am currently down to 156lbs. I want to bulk up, but i feel like strength is more important. So my plan after the prep phase is the chest challenge combined with 5/3/1. Any thoughts and comments would be greatly appreciated.
