The amount of carbs is dependent on the individual, so you’ll have to experiment and see how much of what works best for you. It’ll take several trials, but eventually you’ll be able to. In the end, what matters is how much you eat overall. You can have the same amount of carbs, but the protein and fat content will change your overall intake significantly.
Some things that stuck out from your plan:
1) Fruit is fine, but just remember not to go crazy on them.
2) For someone with a lot of fat to lose, I really wouldn’t go for an entire pizza, especially considering you’ve eaten “dinner” and are planning on having dessert. Just have a few slices or so.
3) Not sure how much ice cream and how many turnovers you were planning on eating, but again, I would probably choose one or the other. Entire pizza + ice cream + turnovers is a very high fat combination, and you’re already getting a significant amount of carbs.
