    Hi all,
    I am new to Carb Nite, I am male 5’6 85kg at 26% Body Fat trying to get to 5% body fat.
    I do 5×5 workout and any advice on nutrition or excercise will be helpful.

    Howdy! Welcome! Advice? Get started. 🙂 Follow the book, make notes of what you’re doing, stick with a particular routine for at least four weeks before deciding to change something – and then only change one thing at a time so you know what works and what doesn’t. Even though you may not track what and amounts you eat you might want to start getting in the habit of doing it; it’ll make adjustments easier down the road when you know exactly how much you’re taking in.
