I have purchased CBL and now I am trying to understand how the protein is measured.  When it suggests 10g Whey does that mean measure the powder to weight 10g or if the label said protein 20g, just take half to equal 10g.  Sorry if this a stupid question but I am learning. Thanks

If a scoop has 22 grams of “protein” per scoop (per nutritional facts) then you would do 10/22 of a scoop (.45-repeating). Or just a little less than a half  ;D

You need a scale for accurate measurement.  Personally, I don't think it's worth my time or money to buy a scale so I just estimate it by volume.  If you want to get as accurate as possible, I would not even use the scoop, but rather look at the volume of the scoop at the bottom.  It will give it in cubic centimeters.  1 table spoon is 15 mL which is 15 cc.  So if you have a 72 cc scoop that yields 25 g of protein, it is the same as 4.8 tablespoons. 1 g of protein = .192 tablepsoons, so 10 g of protein = 1.92 tablespoons.
