Interesting, consuming nicotine caps off after 1mg. Adding caffeine boosts the thermogenic effects greater than if you just increased the dosage of the nicotine to 2mg. Having 2mg worth of nicotine has the same effects as 1mg; plus you get adverse side effects that are uncomfortable; having 1mg worth doesn't have side effects.Same thing with caffeine, more than 100mg doesn't affect the insulin as much as simply consuming 100mg but through daily usage it builds a tolerance. So it's recommended to drink coffee or tea sparingly. If you drink coffee daily, fix your sleeping habits 🙂I bought the 2mg kinds, but I cut them in half, plus there's more to spare for weeks to come 🙂Plus I think once or twice a week is optimal so you don't develop a tolerance.
