Per the nicotine protocol, I chewed my first 2mg nicotine gum piece today. Not long into it, I began feeling light headed. A normal response at the onset?Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk 4

I believe it's recommended to start at 1mg pieces and increase by 1mg every week(assuming everything is fine) until you hit 4mg per dose.

In Nicotine Declassified he states "Remember, though, nicotine’s performance benefits are prettymuch theoretical. To be perfectly honest, you won’t notice much of a difference in your actual performance."I'll take your gum if you don't want it 😉 but I say give it a whirl, you can't truly try sometime out if you only try it once... if you're serious about trying Nicotine Declassified then try it for a couple weeks or more. Don't just throw in the towel when it doesn't work for you in a few days. But, like I said, I'll take your gum....

In the new nicotine reposrt Kiefer says to chew it for about 30 seconds and then tuck it into your cheek for a while, and to continue that pattern until the nicotine is gone.  Any idea how long it takes to get all the nicotine out of the gum?

Your peak level will max out around the 30 min mark, I do 30-45 mins

I didn't get light headed, but I did get visual disturbances a few hours later. My right eye got blurry in a spot as if I had looked at a bright light, then I noticed it was flashing. Lasted about 15 minutes or so before fading.

lol. What did you expect? Instant fat loss? Maybe give it a bit of time. It won't make you feel much different during exercising.

Not sure what y'all are using but, the FAQ's mention how to use it.Also...process takes a bit, hell it WILL NOT be a overnight or week long deal. You took your whole life to put fat on, it will take some rewarding time to see and notice the difference as well as the changes. I'd give it a month or two tops. Do it now, and by next Spring/Summer should be golden.

Strates yesterday morning. As for me, no cns or cbl for the moment. Just IF for 20 hours and fortunately Kiefer explained Protocol for this kind of diet in its book, even if he's not a fan of IF1mg each 2h from 8AM to 2PMFor the moment, no side effects. Will see results in few weeks I think
