I've used it with CNS. I don't know about results though. I think it was more the mental aspect that maybe I'm speeding things up. but there's really no way to tell what it does above and beyond the diet itself. Sent from my XT1060 using Tapatalk
I am back on the prep phase this morning for CBL and using what I have left on my Nicotine gum. It helped me quite a bit when I was on CNS. I was a lot leaner and it helped with hunger in the morning.

Personally this is all I think Nicotine is useful for besides a bit of an energy/focus boost. And even that is quite mild.
