macdokaMemberOkay, I have read on the forums/books about how nicotine preserves/ get mTor going. So Obviously it would make since that if you were fasting for 14 Hrs, you would pop in some nicotine gum at about the 11.5 Hr Mark (So that the nicotine could reach peak levels by your 12 Hr mark), and then just eat food at the 14 Hr mark My question is do you still need the MCT/Whey at that 12 Hr mark as well? I know it depends on my goals, and I am doing CBL SA and looking to loose as much fat but still gain strength and muscle. Also, I know it is advised to get nicotine in right when you wake up, but what if my 12 Hr mark is still 2 Hrs after I wake up? Just go ahead with the nicotine or wait? Just trying to get everything squared away for maximum results. Thanks

Richard SchmittModeratorTake MCT oil and the gum upon waking. It doesn't break the fast. I would take the AM Shake around the 12th hour if you want to. The oil alone won't break the fast.

Just wait 15 mins after drinking coffee for the nicotine to be properly absorbed in your mouth. That is what Nicorette say.

macdokaMemberI am thinking of implementing some HIIT Cycles, maybe 2-3 a week total, and just jog for 4 mins and spring for 2 mins for 30 mins. I plan on doing this right when I wake up, but not sure how to use the nicotine correctly, should I just run with it in my mouth? Not sure what to do.

Brandon D ChristParticipantYou can fast a little bit longer with nicotine, however after 14 hours or so, you should have a solid meal. Not an AM shake.
