Hey guys. I've been on cns for a while now and I've recently started the nicotine protocol as well. I chew 2 2mg nicotine gums per day, but I always feel lightheaded and dizzy when I do. Is this normal? should I stop? Thanks!

Some people call it a buzz 😀

I would say that would be the nicotine buzz/high. I have noticed if I am up and moving around the buzz is lessened, but if I stare at a computer screen its stronger and I start to feel some nausea.

I noticed the exact same thing. In the morning when I go to school right after, I don't feel it that much. But in the evening when I sit and do my hw for example, I get seriously dizzy and have to lie down. It's good to hear that others are experiencing the same thing, but how exactly can this be 'healthy' and good for me?

Have you read Nicotine Declassified? He explains his findings pretty thoroughly in my opinion.

I didn't read the nicotine declassified and I will whenever I find the time, but I did my research on a few nicotine white papers. Anything more than 1mg of nicotine tapers off in affect. You really don't need that much, and there really isn't much of a difference between 1mg and 2mg. If your head really does get all dizzy, cut the gum piece in half and save some money (which is not a whole lot of $$ to begin with).

What size pieces are you chewing?  I cut 4mg pieces in half and have them twice a day.  I got a buzz the first few days, but nothing since, really.

That's what nicotine does.  Either lower your dosage or just don't take it if you can't handle it.  Eventually, you may enjoy that feeling.
