It was briefly stated in ND that the effects of nicotine on fat oxidation was dose dependent, so I have to ask the meathead question is more better?  If so, more per dose or same suggested dose more often?  Any thoughts?

maybe, but i'm no keifer, so i'm not messing around with it. He mentions that since this is a “bleeding edge” idea there are inherent risks, so just doing what he suggests is enough of a risk for me. Obviously people take in tons more nicotine in a day then Keifer is suggesting in months, and they're not dead (yet). Only thing I'd say is if you do decide to experiment with adding more dosage or doses, you should make sure you keep them as far away from carbs as possible. And i'd likely suggest only adding more if your doing a CNS type diet where you only refeed carbs once or twice max.  just my thoughts…

No.If I recall most of the studies show the fat burning benefits top out at 2mg, with the gum you absorb about half of the dose the gum holds. Otherwise smokers wouldn't likely be able to get fat.

well an increase of fat oxidation doesnt mean anything regarding actual fatloss on its own. It'd only take a maintenance or above caloric diet to totally negate the effect.
