Hey Guys,I have been looking into what Kiefer has said about nicotine gum and how he takes it in the morning and a few hours before training in the afternoon.Problem is, how would somebody use this when they train at 9am.I haven't seen a protocol for people training in the am, I assume that you take a piece first thing when you wake up, but would you take the second piece after lunch? Or just one piece for the day? Also, do you continue to chew/park the gum in your cheek while training?
