Before I get called out for not reading the nicotine threads I just want to state I did read through them and searched for this question. I workout 3 days a week and back load on my off days the nights before I lift. I was wondering if anyone knew the proper protocol I would follow for taking nicotine gum. I bought a small pack of 2mg pieces to give a shot. Thanks for any help. I know Keifer says 1mg first thing in the morning and another piece in the afternoon on training days with none on off days but thats with CBL on days you train so wasn't sure if how I back load would change that.
