samuel r walkerParticipantYour hormones and metabolism are kicked in.I start getting the "heat" after the first meal, when I begin introducing fats w/ the carbs. It continues through the night, and into my sleep.I also get wierd-ass dreams.Cory
+1 on the weird dreams.. I was fighting a midget and a bear last night.
I was in some weird version of London in my dream... it was both medieval and modern, all at once. I was visiting some friends, who currently live in California, but for some reason moved to London in the dream. I was doing a film project with them, but all hell broke lose. Not sure what that hell was, but gangs and crooked cops were after me. It was an ass-kickin' situation, literally.Oh, and for some reason an old ex was in the dream. She is British, in fact. Not from London, though. Not sure why my brain planted her. Could be the England factor, dunno. It was all very random.Cory
Strange how vivid they are, and I always seem to remember them more than I would on any other night

Seriously. I also remember this shit the next day... sometimes it leaves strong emotional imprint on my memory, and I can't stop thinking about it.Why can't they be good dreams? Right? Instead, I get these fucked up, surreal, violent vivid dreams. There is always someone(s) trying to fucking kill me, and I can't be having that shit! ;DOddly, I can react in my dreams as if I am aware (as if I am in control of events). For instance, the martial arts techniques I use in my dream are what I'd likely use if that were a real scenario (when I've analyzed things after waking). Then again, that could just be the fact that martial arts are a reflex for me now (both mental and physical)... I'd hope so after 23+ years!Cory

John LaPlaca JrMemberI haven't had the sweats from my CN's but I have had really weird dreams on both CN's and ULC days. Also when I have my last carb meal which is typically Ice cream and a few cookies I knock out right away. I do have great sleep on my CN's.

dgibsonMemberI had my worst night sweat yet the other night. It was cold out, cool in the house and I went to bed with a ceiling fan on above me and was still soaked all night…
