NO-Explode 2.0

    Hello everyone,I have been taking N.O Explode 2.0 and I really like it other than the fact that the past 2 nights it has been keeping me up. It is 200mg of caffeine per scoop which seems relatively high but I take a lot of caffeine in during the day. The past 2 days I only took 1 scoop due to the fact this is a deload week. I take it around 5:00pm and try to go to bed around 10:00 but I haven't been falling asleep until 11:30 the earliest lately. I think i'm going to change up workout schedule because I do like the stuff and it has worked well for me. Anyone else have this issue with pre-workouts?

    I never take any pre workout if I'm training after 4pm otherwise say bye bye to quality or any sleep.

    It's fairly common for people sensitive to stims.

    +1I'm a rep/sponsored athlete for a supplement company and this is dead on the money. There's much more to the effect of the pre-workouts than the caffiene. If you're not leaving it all in the gym, it's probably better not to take a premade blend, and consider cycling off the pre's for the deload phase. This will help give with the potential interruption to your natural circadian rhythms and remove some uneccesary stress from your adrenal glands, as well as enhance the effect of the pre's when you cycle back on them (as you'll be less tolerant/more sensative). If this fails to work, maybe try adding GABA or Melatonin to your pre-sleep ritual, this will also help with enhancing the production of your natural Growth Hormone levels.

    Thank you all for the input. I am going to leave it for the AM workouts going forward. I'll have some coffee or a 8oz sugar free red bull if I need the extra push. Thanks again!
