No supplements

    I’m doing Density Bulking and I want to know how to do not to eat any supplements. I wake up at 8 pm, have breakfast three hours later and have lunch at 3 pm then workout from 5 to 6:30 pm and have a shake with a ripped banana, some egg powder and chocolate milk. Then I take some carbs with meat or fish half hour later, and then again three hours later. When I finish the egg powder I don’t want to buy any supplements so how could I modify the shake or do I skip it directly?

    Just drink skim milk. That is good enough.

    What’s the reason for no supplements?

    Eat upon waking if you’re doing DB. Eat at 8am, 11am, 3pm, PWO Shake (which is a good idea to have, whey isolate with Leucine). You could just skip the shake, eat about 45-60 minutes after you train with a carb and protein meal.
