I would. No point in using a 3rd of your carb allotment for a Pre-workout when many of them don't have any, and caffiene pills and coffee have none and are dirt cheap.
its not a particularly good preworkout any day of the week.
+1 I use Build HD, and now Muscle Pharm's new formula (because it went from 18g carb to only 4g). Both are great and allow for me to keep training intense through my ULC days.
