One confusing element from the book for me is this – do you backload on days in which you don't workout? Or is it based on whether you workout the following day?I personally weight train M-F and take weekends off. So do I only skip backloading on Saturdays ideally? This would be an ULC day?
Thanks for the response. Just for clarification regarding Friday nights. Now Friday I lift however I am NOT lifting on Saturday. Therefore should I backload on Friday or should this be ULC?
