    I'll have to check my multi vitamin on the potassium content.

    never going to be more than 99mg.. legally no supplement can be sold with more than 99mg of potassium.. so supplementing like that is pretty useless unless you wanna down 10 pills a day..

    Depending on where you live, they don't even sell potassium as a supplement pill.

    I'll have to check my multi vitamin on the potassium content.

    So mine has none.  Hmmm.  No dizziness except every now and then (usually on my lift on CN) but nothing major...just a little lightheadedness from time to time.  Not craving bananas....maybe I'll have some fries tonight with my rice/tomatoes/peas for my CN carbs.

    If you're not experiencing any negatives, don't bother adjusting anything.
