I'm not sure doing heavy back loads every night is going to help the OP problem.  Cleaning up the backloads will help, but going all 6 days of back loading will obviously lead to excess fat gains, especially if you're backloading for six hours. You might throw in a couple ULC days on your light workout days.  Like you don't need a large backload if you're just doing core or shoulders, that type of thing.  In order to help you better your workout journal would be a must. It's been a much better backload tonight.  I trained my back from about 6-7pm and kept the carbs far cleaner (mostly) tonight.  I think it helped that I wasn't in such a mad rush to eat after my PWO shake.  I just took it easy and ate when the food was ready.  I went with sweet potato wedges and an extra lean cheeseburger on white toast to start with.  I ate until I was full and waited about 2 hours.  Then I had milk and cookies and some more toast with honey.  I ate until I was pretty full but not so much that I'm totally uncomfortable.  I think I could probably still dial it back a bit but overall, much, much better tonight.  Now I've got to find some room for this cold glass of filtered water-I'm really thirsty!

Good.  Just keep it under control.  Remember, you don't have to be a fat kid every night.  I was a fat kid on Sunday night.  Then I realized I don't want to be that fat kid anymore.  A little moderation can go a long way.  Plus, why feel miserable.  Isn't it better to just be full and satisfied, versus stuffing yourself like at Thanksgiving dinner every night, just to hit some arbitrary number of carbs.  If you're full, your full...push away.
