Those are impressive results, congratulations on your success.  Did you stick to the basics or did you have to make several tweaks?  Also, how long did it take you to get to your current stats?

Thank you. Below are my two main links that have documented my progress. The cliff notes version was that I started doing less, resting more, exercising with a heart rate monitor, and following these programs to the T. I started doing Shockwave either Jacked or Ripped and followed the workout and prescribed nutrition plan (CBL or CNS) without cheating and if I cheated, I did a reorientation phase. I did CBL SA, not CBL DB. I travel a fair amount and doing CBL on the road can be a bit challenging. When on the road, if I cannot lift, I am CNS. I am especially conscious of my ULC portion of my day. I do not eat until lunch and when I do, I have about a pound of fatty beef and a salad with blue cheese dressing or pickled jalapeños or pickles. If I have a snack, it is bacon. I do not eat anything else, nothing. One other thing I have become aware of is that when I am on the road, I have to make sure and eat enough protein or I will lose muscle. Good luck!http://dangerouslyhardcore.com/forum/index.php?topic=845.msg8027#msg8027http://dangerouslyhardcore.com/forum/index.php?topic=1486.msg34040#msg34040

I was 245lbs @ 22% BF, did CBL for 6 weeks and I lost 15 pounds and added 5lbs of muscle. I'm now 230 and under 17%. I'm doing excatly as the book states. So far I consider myself a success story?

I'm not hating, just skeptical. I'm actually doing CBL for a month to reset my hormones since I was previously on CNS for 2 months and was low carb previous to that.  I was at 210 and now 218.  It's been two weeks on CBL and while I did gain weight it's not that bad, I actually put on some muscle, most noticeable in shoulders and traps from presses and deadlifts.I knew that by posting a debatable title like the one I used was going to cause a stir but some good info was provided, which is what I expected.I appreciate everyone's feedback. After the month is up gonna go back to CNS to try and get to 190lbs but the difficulty now is trying to consume 400-500 carbs in a 4-5 hour window, alot harder than I thought.

Nothing wrong with a dissenting opinion.  You should question everything you do on a daily basis.  We can't let this community become the "Kiefer Cult" where we worship him and do whatever he says. When I was on the seven meals a day, eating carbs all day, bodybuilding diet, I didn't question anything I did.  It worked for me, so I assumed it was the right way.

If you read the post before, i wrote "Its all good, i wasn't knocking you. Was just my half joking way of saying how contrary people are ( myself included ) " Referring to the fact that it took one person knocking the diet to get so many positive stories... I was giving him props... I don't understand where your cult comments are coming from.
