Hi,I have some questions concerning nutrition or supplemenys after doing it first thing in the morning!I wake up, drink the accelator shake and do my hiit and after have a hypertrophic potentiator shake and only eat my first protein/fat meal around 1 pm ?!Or i skip shake and just drink thr accelator shake until my first meal arround 1 pm ?!Thanks 🙂

To further clarify what Big Tex is saying (at least I think/hope he's saying); do the HIIT fasted, so no shake prior to HIIT then a ULC PWO shake after the HIIT session. This is what I do... except PWO for me is coffee and coconut oil.
