FairyKeymasterSo, I may have had a couple of handfuls too many nuts on the prep phase, and on two occasions I ate an entire ball of mozzarella in one sitting … Not to mention my six eggs a day slip-ups. I've done two carb nights since, and I feel fat & flat (at the same time!) for five days following. Is this an indication that I need to re-do the prep phase, or should I continue CNS?

Jack O'NeillMemberI did the same thing in my prep phase.Too many cheese, nuts and eggs. And no bacon. Total fail! I didn't loose any weight 🙁Now I restart again (just CNS) without these foods and I will see (refeed one day/week).

Nah, you should be fine. Nuts were always my biggest downfall. I got three-four servings in a day and just totally messed with my level of BF. So sad because they're portable and easily stowed away. But alas...success now built upon bacon. LOL

Perhaps a little less readily accessible...but always oh-so-delicious.

Interesting... I guess each person is different.I don't really eat any nuts or nut butters (except a little Peanut Butter on a CN, sometimes). However, I am Lacto-Ovo Veg., and I live off of eggs and cheddar cheese as primary protein sources. Haven't had a stall yet, and my muscles remain full.I've dropped 23.2 lbs. of fat so far, added a little muscle (yes, I actually have), and only have another 12.3 lbs. of fat to lose until I hit the 10% bodyfat mark. To clarify, I am NOT new to lifting, so it isn't a beginner thing in any way.I went into this with a decent amount of muscle, years under my belt, but also a bit of fat, too (hence choosing CNS to lean-out).I guess ea. person is diff. in response. For me, cheeses and eggs (and the occassional scoop of pea protein) have lead to success.Cory
