Hi Guys,Can anyone tell me if oat meal as in porridge oats,or muesli,Gronola are ok for carb backloading,I am also looking for some other suggestions for food to incorporate into my diet,just trying to keep things a bit more interesting and bring in a few changes,I get a bit confused over whats ok and what isn't so i generally stay with the well known ones,like sweet potato,white rice,white potato,bananas,dates,honey,and pop tarts my favorite etc.Thanks
